A vatting of six Irish Single Malts aged in Bourbon casks from Kentucky, U.S.A. and finished in a Moscatel sherry butt from Montilla, Spain.

NOSE: The recognisable ‘Flintlock’ white stone fruits and forest berries are first to appear and subtle hints of orange blossom.

PALATE: Layers and layers of flavours. Ripe orchard fruit notes and a complex underlay of sweet Jasmine coming through from the Moscatel. The mid palate is bright with lime and grapefruit and fresh summer wildflower honey.

AGE PROFILE: 15-19 years old
